C. pepo. CERTIFIED ORGANIC! Honey Boat Organic delicata squash have longish, nearly cylindrical fruits with green bands over copper tan skins. The flesh is deep, rich orange and very sweet. The plants grow into large bushes without much sprawl. The breeding on this variety dates back to Dr. Bagget at Oregon State University, and has been refined for several generations.
